IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Usually, we pack your order the same day you ordered it! This shows that we can provide you a quick turn-around on what you have purchased. We normally ship your goods to you from 1-2 business days, but take a look at this blog for a map of shipping times. If we have inventory that is currently lacking in stock, your sales representatives will come to you and inform you about it. However, we are sorry to inform you that there will be some delay for orders placed on weekends and major holidays!

HOW ARE THE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO ME?

Every order is sent out via Fed Ex with delivery confirmation. Everything is confidential with no sign of information of the products inside. 

 

DO THE PHOTOS REFLECT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT? 

Unless otherwise specified, the photos are an illustration of the products. Each piece is specially hand-made due to the creative feature of the art of glass blowing. Your glass will look the same in shape and design, but there will be some variations. 

 

WILL THERE BE COLOR CHANGES IN ALL PIECES?

Some of the solid colors worked pieces will not have color alteration. Pipes that alter in color are normally silver or gold fumed, which is stated in the product description.

 

HOW RESISTANT ARE THE GLASS PIPES?

Every glass pipe is made from a heavy wall (also known as a double wall) Pyrex glass tubing. We use the annealing process to remove stress from the glass caused during the working process. They are durable and are resistant to thermal shock and impact. However, bear in mind that glass is in its original form and will shatter if not well taken care of. 

 

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once payment is acknowledged, orders are processed and shipped out within three working days. Some orders require more time than others if they are not in stock. Some handcrafted glass pipes require up to three weeks. However, we will inform you about this when you place your order. 

 

WHAT IF THE GLASS SHATTERS ON THE WAY TO ME?

Breakage does not usually happen, but if you are to receive damaged goods we will replace it with absolute zero charges. Just call your salesperson to let us know. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

By ordering, you are confirming that you are the card user and are giving authority to this purchase to be charged to the card used. Also, you are agreeing to the ordering rules and regulations found below. Ordering rules and regulations. *ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE BILLING ADDRESSES, BILLING ZIP CODES, OR CCV CODES THAT ARE NOT VERIFIED WILL BE TAKEN OUT AND NOT PROCESSED. BY DOING SO, WE WILL NOT INCUR CHARGES TO THE CARD USED TO PUT THE ORDER, AND ANY HOLDING BACK ON YOUR ACCOUNT IS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR HOLD AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY ACCORDINGLY. ANY ORDER THAT IS GIVEN BACK TO US AFTER THE MAXIMUM FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE ORDER WILL BE GIVEN BACK BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR MERCHANDISE COUPON VIA MAIL WITHIN A MONTH FROM THE DATE OF RETURN. 

 

A finance charge will be imposed on any amount that has not been paid within thirty (30) days of the time when the item was added to your account. The finance charge will be added at a rate of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month, for an annual percentage rate of eighteen percent (18%).
