How the Customization Process Works:
- Place Your Order: Once your order is confirmed, our design team will reach out to collaborate on your custom artwork. Don’t have a design? No problem! We’ll work with your ideas and inspirations.
- Design Mockup & Approval: After gathering your input, we’ll create a digital mockup for your approval. You’ll also receive a digital copy of your final design for your own use.
- Production Timeline: Average lead time is 3-4 weeks after design approval (4-6 weeks for larger orders).
- Payment & Fees: Prepayment via ACH is required before your design meeting—please note, all payments are non-refundable. There is a one-time $250 setup fee for new designs (waived for exact reorders). Shipping and setup fees are added post-order.
- Optional Magnetic Lids: Add a stylish, secure magnetic lid for just $1.00 extra per tray.
